Platform Usage Guidelines

1Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "v12bett", "we", "Platform" and "company" refer to the operator of the v12bett platform operating under a valid licence. "User", "you" and "member" refer to any individual who registers and uses our services.

These Terms and Conditions cover all services provided through the v12bett.pro website, the official v12bett mobile app (Android and iOS), and any platform or channel operated under the v12bett brand.

• This document is a legally binding agreement between the user and v12bett.
• These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines ours.
• In the event of any conflict between different translations of this document, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.

2Account Eligibility

Use of the v12bett platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

1. Age: You must be 18 years and above or have reached the legal age permitted for gambling activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2. Legal Validity: Use of this platform must be permitted by the laws of your state or country. You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. One Account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one account active account only. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation.

3Account Registration and KYC Process

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. v12bett conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) thorough, as part of our commitment to platform security.

Documents that may be required during the KYC process include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, not older than 3 months)
• Payment method information on file

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

V12bett supports a variety of legitimate and secure payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed through verified encrypted channels.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit limit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallet and FPX methods during normal operating hours.
• V12bett does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity — they may not be used solely as a money storage facility.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals processed within 1–3 working days after all verifications are complete.
• First withdrawal requires completed KYC verification.
• V12bett only processes withdrawals to the account or payment method the same used during deposit.
• Any withdrawal attempt to a third-party account will be automatically rejected.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Reward Conditions

V12bett offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing users. All bonus offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. These requirements are stated in each specific bonus offer.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that expire without meeting the wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only use one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Prohibition on Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting, or strategies designed to meet bonus requirements without genuine risk — is a violation of these terms.

6General Game Rules

All games on the v12bett platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by independent auditing bodies, or feature live dealers operating under strict protocols. Game results are final and cannot be disputed solely on the basis of dissatisfaction.

• Results displayed on the platform are the official and binding record.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, v12bett will review system records to determine a fair outcome.
• Wagers placed after round closing time or during an invalid period are void.
• V12bett reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through software errors or unintentional technical disruptions.
• Legitimate betting strategies are permitted as long as they do not involve collusion, the use of unauthorized automation software, or any form of cheating.

7Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. This includes:

• Use a strong, unique password for your v12bett account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our customer support immediately.

V12bett is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by a user's negligence in maintaining their account security.

8Account Suspension and Closure

V12bett reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:

• Suspected or detected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Owning multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Misuse of platform bonuses or promotions.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other users.
• Requests from legitimate law enforcement authorities.

9Liability Limits and Disclaimer

V12bett provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure service availability at all times, we do not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or malicious software.

V12bett is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes.
• Damage or loss arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses regardless of cause.
• Third-party content or services linked or referenced through our platform.

V12bett's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10Terms Amendments and Applicable Law

V12bett reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via:

• Announcements on the v12bett platform homepage.
• In-app notifications on v12bett.
• Email to the address registered in the user's account.

Continued use of the platform after a change notice is issued constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendments, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the v12bett license is issued. Any disputes arising will be resolved through binding arbitration before any court proceedings.
